OVERVIEW:

The Silver Eagle is the debut model in our new American Series line. This amplifier is dripping with sweet, sweet tone! We started by setting some goals we wanted this new amplifier to achieve:

CLEAN:  We knew it had to have great cleans and a lot of usable head room. The pre-amp on this amplifier is comprised of 3 12AX7 tubes, which have been fine tuned to give the user a great tonal range. 

DRIVE:  We wanted to focus on a great natural tube over-drive. The Silver Eagle has a tight drive that starts warm and rich, then breaks into a fuller, tighter drive. This drive on this amplifier is perfect for those who love a light - medium over-drive. 

REVERB: The Silver Eagle is a different take on spring reverb. Rather than over saturated thick reverb, that tends to be unusable for many applications; the Silver Eagle features a lighter, more airy reverb. This reverb is true tube driven, spring tank reverb. However, this verb is useable from 1 - 10. Turning on the reverb between 1-3 gives the user a nice and light reverb that sits just below the note. Turning the reverb between 4-6 brings more life into the verb, pushing it a into a more pronounced tone. On levels 7-10 the reverb begins to take on a more atmospheric tone. It's great for volume swells as well as getting some great ambient tones.
